A: A typical custom truss design takes around 8 weeks. There are many variables that affect a project’s completion time. For additional RUSH fees we can accommodate projects with turn-around times under 8 weeks. When you start the design process is ultimately up to you. Some customers start to design a truss with us months in advance or even a year +. This is especially the case if they are moving into a new location and want to have their structure ready as soon as possible so that no revenue is lost.

A: Once all invoices have been paid, including shipping/freight charges, shipping time is usually 7-10 business days. We can expedite shipping for an additional fee.

Your structure is “temporary” meaning someday if life changes and you have to move or sell your studio, you can take all of your investment with you when you re-build in your new space!
