If you love rigging your hammocks or silks with the Hollowblock™ you will LOVE the new VAD Aerial Arts Prusik! Everything we love about the original Hollowblock™ but more robust with an MBS of 5440 lbs. and SWL of 540 lbs. Made from Sterling Rope R.I.T. Construction, these Prusiks have a Nylon core and an outer sheath made from Technora® or Twaron® technology. These Prusiks set themselves apart from the original Hollowblock™ because they can be used individually or as a pair.
The Prusik can be used in many applications, from rigging your aerial yoga hammocks, aerial slings, duo-colored aerial silks, lyras and can even be used individually as a ground anchor in a lower out system - something that couldn’t be done previously with the Hollowblock™!
The plastic sheath around the VAD Aerial Arts Prusik is a unique feature that allows you to control the size of your tie in points. No more awkwardly-sized tie-in points for your carabiners to wiggle around in!
