shipping, Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Some of our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

Excluded products not available for return or exchange include: A-Frame, Aerial Hoops, Aerial Fabric, X-Stage & X-Stage Lite, X-Pole US products, Aluminum Truss products, Sale, Clearance, Digital Products. Theses items are final sale. If there is a manufacture defect or damaged caused by shipping you must notify us with-in 5 days of receipt of the item and we will be happy to assist you with exchanging the defective or damaged goods.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days

  • The product is in its original packaging

  • The product isn't used or damaged

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

  • You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMN number, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) or a refund, to:

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are refundable.

With constant fluctuating shipping prices, as of 9.15.21, Shipping estimates can only be guaranteed for 5 business days.

*As of 9/22/2021, Freight shipping charges are not included in any truss kit purchase. A customer service representative will contact you via email/phone with your shipping invoice once your order has been placed. Shipping invoices must be paid within 24 hours of receipt due to increased shipping rates that are rapidly changing daily. No items will be shipped until shipping invoices have been paid in full.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

When placing your order, please remember that we are a small business! Your order will be fulfilled as quickly and accurately as possible. Our office is closed on weekends and most major holidays. Unless otherwise noted on the product description, general product orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Lupit & X-Pole product orders are processed according to their companies posted times. Please note that processing time does NOT include actual shipping time. Thank you for shopping with us!

Due to the custom nature of aerial fabric purchases, please allow 7-10 business days to process your order if it contains fabric.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale and clearance items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

Digital products

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
