A: Finalizing a design can be completed as fast as 2-4 weeks. We can usually accommodate a quick turn-around time! Some customers design a truss with us months in advance or even a year +. This is especially the case if they are moving into a new location and want to have their structure ready as soon as possible so that no revenue is lost.

A: Once all invoices have been paid, including shipping/freight charges, shipping time is usually 7-10 business days. We can expedite shipping for an additional fee.

A: Absolutely! This is one of the most appealing features when purchasing a VAD custom truss. Your structure is “temporary” meaning someday if life changes and you have to move or sell your studio, you can take all of your investment with you when you re-build in your new space! This also means down the road you can plan to add-on to your existing structure if you have the room for it. Many of our clients were previously looking to spend $15-$20,000 on steel beams that they would never be able to move again. This would have been a sunk cost.
